The Magical World of Spices.Our tour begins at one of Istanbul’s oldest and most authentic markets, the Spice Bazaar. As we stroll through the market, we will learn about the essential ingredients of Ottoman cuisine such as spices, dried fruits, Turkish delights, and nuts. The Meeting Point of History and Flavors. In Sultanahmet Square, we visit spots that are rich both in history and flavor. Karaköy and Fish Sandwich Experience

We visit the seaside of Karaköy with a stunning view of the Bosphorus. Here, we enjoy fresh fish sandwiches made on historical fishing boats, accompanied by a break in the cool breeze of the Bosphorus.
