Day 1: Istanbul – Trabzon
After our flight from Istanbul to Trabzon, we meet our guide and begin our city tour. Our first stops are the Hagia Sophia Museum, one of Trabzon’s most significant historical landmarks, and Atatürk Mansion. Following the city tour, we take a pleasant walk along Trabzon’s beautiful coastline, enjoying the breathtaking view of the Black Sea. Later, we set off for Uzungöl, a peaceful village surrounded by mountains. Here, we relax by the lake and admire the stunning natural beauty. At the end of the day, we check in to our hotel in Uzungöl for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Uzungöl – Rize – Ayder Plateau
After breakfast, we explore Uzungöl, taking a scenic walk around the lake. After capturing the stunning landscapes, we head towards Rize, where we visit the famous tea gardens. Here, we learn about tea production while enjoying the spectacular views. In the afternoon, we proceed to Ayder Plateau, famous for its natural beauty and thermal waters. We take a walk through the plateau, experiencing its serene atmosphere and lush greenery. At the end of the day, we check in to our hotel in Ayder Plateau for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Ayder Plateau – Sumela Monastery – Trabzon
After breakfast, we visit the historic Sumela Monastery, built into the steep cliffs of Altındere Valley. We explore the monastery’s fascinating architecture and admire the stunning valley views. Afterward, we return to Trabzon, where we have free time to explore the city and visit local markets for shopping. At the end of the day, we check in to our hotel in Trabzon for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Trabzon – Istanbul
After breakfast, we head to Boztepe Hill, where we enjoy a panoramic view of Trabzon and the Black Sea. We take a relaxing break in this peaceful setting before transferring to Trabzon Airport in the afternoon for our return flight to Istanbul.
