Information we receive
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number and message. If you request or book a trip, we also receive the travel details you choose to send. The site may process ordinary technical request information, such as IP address and browser data, to deliver pages and protect the service.
Why and how we use it
We use your details to answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal, arrange a requested service and meet applicable legal duties. The relevant grounds may include steps before a contract, performance of a contract and legal obligations; where a separate consent is required, we will request it separately. We do not use contact-form data for an unrelated marketing campaign merely because you contacted us.
Recipients and storage
Messages are delivered to the CREAOS contact team through the configured email service; the site uses Google Cloud Run for hosting and may use FormSubmit as an email relay if SMTP is unavailable. When a trip is arranged, only necessary details may be shared with guides, transport providers or other booked suppliers. Provider processing may occur outside Türkiye. We keep inquiries while needed to respond, manage a booking or meet a legal retention duty; this website does not set an automatic fixed mailbox deletion date.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion, object to or restrict processing where applicable, and exercise rights available under KVKK or GDPR. Send a request to info@creaostravel.com. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority. We will assess requests under applicable law.
